Description

The nursing services section in the Hospital CoP and interpretive guidelines has been cited over 4,350 times due to frequent updates. CMS recommends hospitals to provide nursing CoPs training on a regular basis because it is difficult to teach and implement CoPs updates on top of nurses' workload.

This program will cover 2018 proposed CoPs changes, including quality of care, documentation, supervision, restraint reporting, safe opioid use, QAPI, infection control, standing orders, IV medication administration, safe injection practices, drug orders, and more. Our expert will guide attendees through the nursing CoPs and discuss important information outside the nursing services section to ensure nurses comply with CMS standards and provide quality care to patients.
