Description

The Lamaze Fundamentals self-paced learning activity will provide learners information about the influence of history and culture on today’s births, the ways in which Lamaze supports and promotes healthy birth practices, and strategies for helping women to develop confidence in their ability to give birth by disseminating evidence-based information.

Participants can earn 8.75 Lamaze Contact Hours and 10.5 contact hours of CABRN upon successful completion.

Objectives

Describe how history and culture influence birth today.

So helpful to reinforce the evidence to support what is taught in childbirth classes. This course has so much information in the form of articles and videos...excellent resources. Parents deserve the best, most accurate information available to empower them for the unique, exciting experience of the birth of their baby.
