This course is designed for experienced occupational therapy practitioners who want to update, refresh and deepen their understanding of the Model of Human Occupation (“MOHO”), and ways that it can be enacted in occupational therapy through clinical evaluation and intervention.

Debora Davidson PhD, OTR/L

Debora A. Davidson, PhD, OTR/L is an occupational therapist and professional educator. Her clinical specialties include mental health OT across the life span and transition assistance for adults with any disability, including autism spectrum disorders. She has published in numerous major journals and textbooks, edited professional publications, and presented nationally and internationally. Dr. Davidson has served as a professor at several internationally recognized universities, and now is the owner of a clinical practice (Bright Futures in Focus, LLC) and a professional education and consultation business (Authentic Occupational Therapy, LLC). Her professional mission is to help people with disabilities and occupational therapists to imagine and achieve lives filled with satisfying activities that give them joy and make the world a better place for all.
